Enabling and Disabling the AI SDR
Turn the automated follow-up feature on or off from Settings.
ENABLING AND DISABLING THE AI SDR
The AI SDR is included in your LGSDR plan at no extra charge. You can turn it on or off from your dashboard at any time.
HOW TO ENABLE
- 1.Go to the Settings tab in your dashboard
- 2.Find the AI SDR section
- 3.Click Enable AI SDR
- 4.The AI SDR is immediately active for all new leads — no additional payment required
HOW TO DISABLE
- 1.Go to the Settings tab
- 2.Find the AI SDR section
- 3.Click Disable AI SDR
- 4.Confirm — follow-up for leads already in progress will continue to completion
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN DISABLED
The AI lead card continues to work normally. Leads are still captured and appear in your dashboard. Only the automated follow-up is stopped.
GOOD TO KNOW
Disabling the AI SDR does not delete your follow-up history. All previously sent messages remain visible in the lead detail page.
Can I pause the AI SDR temporarily?
There is no pause feature — it is on or off. You can re-enable it at any time at no additional cost.
Does enabling or disabling the AI SDR affect my billing?
No. The AI SDR is included in your monthly plan. There is no extra charge to enable it.
