LGSDR ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SaaS platform at lgsdr.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform — whether as a business Subscriber or as a Lead interacting with an AI lead card.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2.1 Information from Subscribers (Business Owners)

When you register for LGSDR, we collect:

• Full name and business name
• Email address and phone number
• Business service description and service area
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Account credentials (password stored as encrypted hash)
• Usage data and platform activity logs

2.2 Information from Leads

When a visitor interacts with an AI lead card, we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
• Messages submitted through the chat widget or lead form
• Date and time of submission
• The business whose card was visited

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect:

• IP addresses and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and device information
• Pages visited and time spent on the platform
• Referring URLs
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

We use collected information to:

For Subscribers:

• Create and manage your account
• Generate and deliver your AI lead card and QR code
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Send account notifications, billing alerts, and product updates
• Provide customer support
• Improve and develop the platform

For Leads:

• Store lead information in the Subscriber's dashboard
• Power AI qualification and follow-up features on behalf of the Subscriber
• Send follow-up SMS and email communications as directed by the Subscriber

For All Users:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Analyze platform usage to improve performance

LGSDR uses artificial intelligence to:

• Generate chat responses on AI lead card pages
• Qualify and score leads based on submitted information
• Generate follow-up messages sent by the AI SDR

Lead data including name, message, and contact information is processed by OpenAI's API to generate these responses. This processing is governed by OpenAI's data usage policies. We do not use lead data to train external AI models.

Subscribers can customize AI behavior through their SDR settings, including providing a custom AI personality prompt.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• OpenAI — AI content generation
• TextMagic — SMS delivery
• Zoho — email delivery
• DigitalOcean — cloud hosting and infrastructure

Each provider is bound by data processing agreements and their own privacy policies.

5.2 Subscribers and Their Leads

Lead information collected through a Subscriber's AI card is shared with that Subscriber through their dashboard. Subscribers are responsible for how they use and store this lead information.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LGSDR, our users, or the public.

5.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users via email prior to transfer.

We retain data for the following periods:

• Subscriber account data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation
• Lead data: retained as long as your account is active; deleted 30 days after account termination
• Payment records: retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes
• Server logs: retained for 90 days

LGSDR uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your login session
• Remember your preferences
• Analyze platform usage and performance

In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery as required by applicable law.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Transactional emails (billing, account alerts) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

9.5 California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. The LGSDR platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify Subscribers of material changes via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated policy will be posted at lgsdr.com/privacy with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
