How the AI Qualifies Leads
Learn how LGSDR's AI decides whether a lead is qualified.
HOW THE AI QUALIFIES LEADS
Lead qualification happens automatically during the AI conversation.
WHAT QUALIFIED MEANS
A lead is marked Qualified when the AI has successfully captured:
- 1.The prospect's name
- 2.At least one contact method (email or phone)
- 3.A clear description of their need or project
WHAT UNQUALIFIED MEANS
A lead is marked Unqualified when a prospect starts a conversation but does not provide contact information or a clear need. This can happen if they close the chat early.
HOW THE AI GUIDES THE CONVERSATION
The AI is designed to naturally move prospects through four stages:
- •Greeting and introduction
- •Understanding their project or need
- •Answering specific questions about your services
- •Capturing their contact information
THE QUALIFICATION SCORE
Each lead receives a qualification summary: a short paragraph the AI writes describing the prospect's need, timeline, and readiness. This appears at the top of the lead detail page.
GOOD TO KNOW
The AI does not ask for contact information until the prospect has expressed a clear need. This keeps the conversation feeling natural rather than pushy.
Can I customize the qualification questions?
The AI adapts based on your service description. The more specific your description, the more targeted the qualification questions will be.
